Getting ready for nursery or primary school
All maintained nurseries and schools are required to publish a SEN information report which provides information about the support they offer for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities within their care. When looking at provision for your child visit their website or ask their staff for their SEN information report.

The Early Years Service includes Early Years Advisory Teachers, Quality Assurance Officers and Early Years Inclusion Officers. They can support professionals on all aspects of early years provision. The team also host a resource section which features, transition journals, transfer information and how to conduct transition meetings.
